A celebration was held at the Ole’ Biloxi Fillin’ Station Wednesday afternoon, and this downtown Biloxi dive was awarded the “Best Burger on the Coast” and winner of our 2017 Eat Madness: Burger Edition. Dozens of supporters, patrons and employees cheered as we awarded them the hard-fought prize.
The winning burger exudes coastal flair with the use of poboy bread as a burger bun. From that point on though, Hiram McCall, Manager of Ole’ Biloxi Fillin’ Station tells us “We don’t have ‘no’ in our vocabulary. We’ll make it any way you want!”
It appears that way. They do everything from a fried egg to sautéed onions in a red wine reduction to make what you, our readers, have voted as the best burger on the coast.
